However, it appears that Intuit (the company which produces Turbotax) discontinued support for 2008 state taxes in late 2013. It now appears to be impossible to download any Turbotax 2008 state tax software. This is true whether you purchase the Turbotax 2008 Home & Business software from us or from one of our (normally more expensive) competitors. So you might as well save money by buying this package from us. (At least we disclose the problem to you in advance.) It seems odd that Intuit has discontinued the 2008 state tax support for Turbotax since it appears that many years of Turbotax prior to 2008 still allow state downloads! If you have any insight into this issue (or a potential solution) please let us know.
