Your discs always ship within one business day, even though we say 3 on our listings. You can verify this when the disc arrives by looking at the postmark on the front. Importantly, this issue has occurred with both First Class mail as well as tracked services. In cases where it has occurred with tracked mail, the USPS tracking system simply changes to "arriving late, in transit" and doesn't update again until the day that the item is delivered. What's worse about it is it's intermittent and scattered. So far, the only pattern I have found is that is seems to affect destinations in Texas and Pennsylvania more than others, but this isn't that accurate since it has only occurred a limited number of times. Customer Support: We test every DVD we make on both Intel and AMD machines. In the unlikely event you receive a defective disk or encounter any problems, reach out to us before opening a case or leaving negative feedback. We pride ourselves on solving 99.5% of any issues you may face.
