These are the original Toshiba factory DVD discs which are for reinstallation ONLY & does NOT include a Product Key Code.You will require a valid Product Key Code that was Registered with your Toshiba laptop in order for proper & complete installation.The two discs are still new/sealed but the plastic jewel case is cracked. We do not know which computer programs or operating systems it is compatible with.Other than that, we don`t know much about it because we do not generally deal with or sell computer software.
