Players will choose their parentage, careers, and goals, then venture into a world of trade, religion, and trickery. Occupations include trading, thieving, blacksmithing, and literary pursuits. Mission or dynasty gameplay modes allow players to slowly amass power over generations, or quickly fulfill objectives. The complexity of religions and politics is also an essential part of gameplay; users will have to decide whether the indulgences offered by the church are worth the steep prices. Thieves can quickly obtain immense riches, but they also risk torture and imprisonment. Multiplayer options allow eight players to compete or collaborate. Macintosh Systems: For Macintosh programs, most older games will need to be run in Classic Environment if you have a MAC OS X 10.0 - 10.4 version. MAC OS X 10.5 or Higher OR Intel Macs), you will have to try running it using the free program called SheepShaver, but compatibility is not ensured.
